What happens once I submit my order?
Your credit card is processed through our secure servers. Once payment clears (usually instantly) we package your order. All orders are sent within 24 hours (Sunday-Thursday) and sometimes on the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! In fact, a large portion of our orders are shipped outside the USA. We do not offer free or discounted shipping though. However, we send everything out via USPS Global Priority for a flat $15.95.

How do I track my order?
We do not offer order tracking, only delivery confirmation. You delivery confirmation number is included in the email we sent you after your order was processed.
Do you offer a Guarantee/Refund?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all unopened items. Due to large discounts, we can't offer money back on used items. How do I cancel an order?
A customer cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed due to our instantaneous processing system. However, if you decide to you don't want your order, simply return for a full refund less shipping and handling.
